These are larger than the others.

I have 3 mugs. The third, ordered this month is a larger size than the other two. I love all three, but I would to know why the size difference. Is this a permanent change?

Great mug and great customer service!

Ordered this adorable mug for my dad for Christmas and I think he'll love it! Also, I made a mistake in the address when I ordered and Beth responded right away to my email to help me fix it and get it shipped to the correct address. I've been a drinker of Hugo coffee for a while, and will definitely continue to be. Great products and such kind, helpful service!

Each mug is different

I ordered mugs before and they were each different from one another. I ordered again this time and they are again each different from one another and different from the first two that I ordered. While I do love the size of the mugs. I do not like this disparity. I understand that they are handmade, but you would expect some uniformity the first set of mugs that I ordered had a white interior. These have a black interior, and even the shape is different. But I wanted to support a small business with a great logo and cause.
